Mediterranean Nutrition & Food Processing, Italy
Focus of this course will be to provide students the opportunity
to explore, learn about and experience Mediterranean nutrition,
food processing and culinary arts, wine growing and viticulture/
enology in the context of Italian culture, history and policies.
This course will take place May 21 – June 19, 2014
Scholarships are available, the application deadline is October 1, 2013
